Childrens' influence on household recycling - children taking part in Beavers

1. Impact of children on household recycling

We are Recycle Now, sponsors of the Beavers Global Issues Activity Badge which is part of the WRAP charity and keen to see if our badge sponsorship has a positive impact on your child and your household’s approach to recycling.

This 21 question multiple choice survey will take 5 to 7 minutes and the results will be used to inform future Recycle Now similar initiatives.

To thank you, Recycle Now will provide two Beaver colonies, a £100 in Scout Store vouchers where parents have completed questionnaires.

If you have more than one child who takes part in Beavers, please answer the questions based on just one of your children who takes part.

In January 2020 we are keen to ask you to complete a follow-up survey and measure any change in recycling behaviour.

All information you provide in this survey will be confidential and no individuals will be identified. If you opt-in to the prize draw, follow-up survey or further research (questions 19, 20 & 21) this information will be shared with the Scouts HQ only.

(we are asking this as research has shown that  males and females have different attitudes to recycling)
