This is the application form for funding for a workshop at the ICMS (funded by the EPSRC).  Workshops should be scheduled for 2028 and beyond.

Please consider carefully a broad range of diversity including gender, career stage, ethnicity, and geographical spread within the UK and the world. Concerning international participants, give particular attention to participants from LMIC countries. ICMS expects at least 30% of your participants to be women and other underrepresented groups. You should have at least one woman organiser and aim for at least 25% of speakers to be women.

Question 12.

Budget: The budget for week long workshops is approximately £21,000 and can be allocated in a number of ways. We recommend that you charge a registration fee of £150 to contribute towards subsistence during the meeting. For example, ICMS workshop funds typically provide accommodation, subsistence and contributions towards travel for around 30 participants. Please provide details on your budget below including any other sources of income that you may have or will apply for, for example NSF funding or another grant that you hold.

Preferred dates: please provide three possible start dates for your workshop in 2028 or 2029. ICMS does not host events in August. A minimum lead time of one year is normally necessary for events that are held at the ICMS.
