Your Privacy
The answers you provide during research exercises will be anonymised when analysed and used to inform the council’s work, but data from one project may help to inform others. This includes direct quotes or survey responses, as well feedback you provide us, although quotes may be mentioned alongside demographic information. We may use your demographic information to send specific opportunities to specific people, for instance based on geographic location, gender or other information you have provided.

Please note that your contact information will be safely stored so that we are able to invite you to future research. We may call you before a discussion group to confirm your attendance.

We process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. If you have any concerns the Council’s Data Protection Officer can be contacted via DataProtection@westminster.gov.uk
