Registration is now OPEN for MTC 2021

Register to attend HS2's 2021 Meet the Contractor 
and this year also meet the subcontractors.

Meet the Contractor is first and foremost an event that aims to provide relevant potential suppliers with an opportunity to meet our Tier 1 Joint Venture Contractors regarding their upcoming 2022 and 2023 procurements.
In 2021, this will be delivered as two virtual events:
  • Stations (Euston Station, Old Oak Common and Birmingham Curzon Street): 15-17 November 
  • Main Works (covering the South, Central and North sections of Phase One of HS2): 29 November-1 December 
Attendees will now also be able to meet our Tier 2 Subcontractors to ensure future opportunities from the HS2 Supply Chain are understood and accessible to the market.

Both the Stations and the Main Works events will offer webinars to all who wish to attend to learn more about HS2 in the wider context and see what we are doing across the project (the agenda can be downloaded using the link below). 

Potential suppliers will have the opportunity to register your interest in virtual 1-to-1 meetings with the relevant Tier 1 Joint Venture (JV) contractors (who are looking to procure your organisation’s capability) and, in 2021, to meet Tier 2 Subcontractors.

In addition to the webinars and the 1-to-1 meetings there will also be further breakout rooms for suppliers to discuss these future procurement opportunities. This will provide potential suppliers who are not successful in being allocated a 1-to-1 meeting with an opportunity to meet, network and engage with the HS2 Supply chain and other suppliers within the market.

Confirmation of your attendance will be issued in due course and access to the platform will be given at the beginning of November 2021 (for both events) however please make a note of the webinars that you have requested to attend and set yourself a placeholder to ensure you remain available to attend the sessions before confirmation is issued to you. Once you have completed this survey, you will be able to print your response (on the final page) which will provide you with a list of webinars that you signed up to.
If you wish to amend the sessions that you have signed up to having completed the registration, you will be able to do so through the event platform.
