Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust (SCFT) provides excellent care at the heart of the local community. We are taking a fresh look at how we will continue to achieve that and improve even further in the coming years. Your help will be instrumental in designing a Clinical Care Strategy that supports our journey from 'good to great'.
