Nominations for the apprentice categories must be for current apprentices or apprentices who have completed their apprenticeship in the last 12 months (1st January 2022 – 31st December 2022) and either live or work in Cambridgeshire.

This award recognises an individual who has built and maintained excellent working relationships and has had a positive impact on team performance by providing encouragement and support.  

For these awards, the judges are looking for: 
  • An apprentice who has made a significant contribution and added value within a team throughout their apprenticeship.  
  • Evidence of providing encouragement and support to team members and the impact this had on individual(s) and team performance. 
  • An apprentice who has worked enthusiastically and collaboratively within a team to implement solutions and effective working practices. 
  • Proven commitment by an apprentice to continued personal development. 
  • Sharing their learning from their apprenticeship within their team. 
  • Shown resilience in adapting and overcoming work challenges on their apprenticeship journey. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Applications to the Cambridgeshire Apprenticeship Awards are subject to the following terms and conditions.
The organisers cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of any entry. All entry forms will be acknowledged. 
All entries will be treated in the strictest confidence. 
The judges’ decisions will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners.  
Nominations will only be accepted when submitted via the nomination form.
Nominations can be submitted no later than 5.00pm Monday 5th December 2022. 
Should the judges determine an entry submitted for one category is of greater relevance to another category, they may re-categorise that entry. 
Multiple categories can be entered, separate nomination forms will be required for each category. 
All nominations will be reviewed and entries which are successful in the initial assessment stage will be read by judges. 
Entries with insufficient or incomplete information will not successfully complete the initial assessment stage.
