The 2026 UK Contact Centre Decision-Makers' Guide
UK-based contact centres with over 10 agent positions are invited to participate in the research programme for "The 2026 UK Contact Centre Decision-Makers' Guide" - the 23rd annual report of this kind.
All responses and participants will remain entirely confidential. The deadline for participation in the 2026 report is the end of Friday 20th February 2026.
After we've checked through your response, you will be emailed the full pre-launch report for your company's use in early March, and you'll also receive access to the separate detailed "2026 UK Contact Centre HR & Operational Benchmarking Report" (normally £375 + VAT).
