1. In order to continually improve the Visa services that we offer on behalf of the Home Office, we may carry out research using independent companies into the service that we deliver. To allow them to contact you we may securely share your name and contact information with the Home Office and these independent companies.

Any results produced from the research will be totally confidential, and no personal details will be included in any reports. Your details will not be used for any marketing purposes, and will not be linked in any way to any Visa application that you make..
