For most people, registering is all that you will need to do. You only need to complete this form in certain circumstances, for example, if your sewage system is in or near a protected area. We will tell you when you try and register whether you need to complete this further application.

You should use this form if you’re discharging domestic sewage effluent of up to 15 cubic metres per day (m3) to ground or up to 20 cubic metres (m3) per day to surface water.
