Survey for Young People’s Substance Misuse Consultation

Cambridgeshire County Council are reviewing Young People’s Substance Misuse treatment services in Cambridgeshire (not including Peterborough) which are currently operated by CASUS (CPFT) and a specialist substance misuse team situated within the Youth Offending Service. We are keen to consult with a range of key stakeholders regarding the effectiveness of local structures and consider opportunities to strengthen and improve future provision.

The information/data collected by this survey will be kept strictly confidential and shared only with Cambridgeshire County Council staff responsible for analysis of the data and those responsible for the commissioning of the drug and alcohol services. All data will be stored securely. By undertaking this survey you are consenting to your information being used. 
 
You will not, in any way, be identifiable in the survey analysis from your responses and any comments will remain anonymous. The survey should take no more than 5 minutes.
