What matters to you?

We, at SEND Family Voices steering group, are all parents of children or young people with SEND. We are all volunteers. Our stated mission is: "to bring people together into a community to improve services, share support and strengthen our common voice. By ensuring families are heard, we aim to empower children, young people and their families to obtain better care and services." We try to represent as many parents and carers as possible fairly and without bias. In order to do this, we need to know what is important to you. Please take a few minutes to complete our survey (there are 5 multiple choice questions in total). The first 2 are mandatory, the rest are optional.
