This form is for customers who are looking to make changes to an environmental permit they already hold for:
- Discharges of domestic sewage to surface water if the volume of discharge is 20 cubic metres (20,000 litres) per day or more
- Discharges of domestic sewage to groundwater if the volume of discharge is 15 cubic metres (15,000 litres) per day or more
- Any discharges of trade effluent or mixed effluent
- Water company discharges (from wastewater treatment works, combined sewer overflows and emergency discharges from pumping stations)
- Any discharge to groundwater via a borehole, well or other deep structure.
Use this form to:
- Correct a mistake on your current permit or make changes to your personal details or company details.
- Make a technical change to the permit (for example change the location of discharge, change the volume or content of the discharge.
