The NHS in Gloucestershire is seeking the views of young people aged between 16 and 25 on the current mental health support services available to them and more importantly the support you’d like for the future. It doesn’t matter if you have had no, some or extensive experience of our existing services. This is an opportunity to influence the future of services which you, your friends, or family can call upon if needed.
This survey should take no more than 15 minutes of your time. The information that you share will be anonymous, stored securely and only used to inform future mental health care services and support in Gloucestershire.
