Please read this information before you begin
 
We have created a list of administrative processes and have sorted these into different types of services: facilities, IT, HR pay, HR admin and business travel.

Taking each of these sections in turn, this survey asks you to identify which process you find the most frustrating, why that's the case and how you think we could improve it. After telling us about the process that frustrates you the most you can choose to tell us about another process or move on to the next section. If you are a manager we will also ask you about some key management processes.

Your responses are anonymous and can not be identified with you in any way. At points in the survey there are questions marked with an * asterisk - you will need to answer these questions in order to move through the survey. We have tried to keep these questions to a minimum and only use them to help route you through the survey.

Don't worry if we've not listed a process you find frustrating as we will ask you if there is anything we have missed at the end. We have not asked you about the process of buying things as we already know that this is frustrating to you so we have started the process of putting a new system in to replace I-proc.
