Limited signs of increase in passenger journeys at this point. Ageing population in the county with a high % of bus passenger previously made by those in the higher age bracket who have been shielding. Continuing support at the same level will be required.

Unless signs of transport usage increasing occurs, the standard grant of £52,542 would be applicable.

The CBSSG funding has been essential in keeping the bus network operating in a county with rural bus services and low passenger usage.
