About this survey
We are asking for your comments on proposals relating to changes to our Adult Social Care Non-Residential Charging Policy. We welcome your views, it would be helpful if you could respond to all the questions, if possible, as this will help us to decide whether to implement the proposals
What happens to my views?
Your answers to these questions will help us to create a profile of people who use the council so we can plan services that are inclusive and accessible and are delivered appropriately and sensitively to those who need them. We believe everyone should be treated with dignity and respect and collecting this information helps us to make sure we treat people fairly. We can’t change things without your help.
Responses will be summarised for inclusion in the report. Your comments may be included in the report, but this will be done anonymously.
The data from this consultation will be kept securely for a maximum of 12 months and then destroyed.
The survey should take around 10-15 minutes to complete.
