This questionnaire is for people who live in East Ayrshire
The health and wellbeing of our communities is more important now than it has ever been. Thousands of people, groups and organisations in East Ayrshire have responded to the pandemic and are working tirelessly to help. 

We know that COVID-19 has had a more significant impact on the most vulnerable and we are focussed on:
• Wellbeing – prioritising services to the most vulnerable- including shielded people
• Impact on poverty and health inequalities 
• Recovery (alcohol, drugs) 
• Social isolation and mental health We want to know what matters to you most, how you feel and how we can rebuild the health and wellbeing of our communities.
