Lived experiences of Direct Payment Customers.
Healthwatch West Sussex, Independent Lives and West Sussex County Council Adults Services would like to hear from individuals who receive Direct Payments including those who employ their own care and support staff.
We extend a warm welcome to carers, family members, and other significant individuals who share this journey too.
We’re keen to learn about your experiences of the Direct Payment process, including the support you have received from Independent Lives in your role as an employer. We would also like to understand any challenges you may have faced when accessing Direct Payments and managing your own care and support.
Thank you very much — we look forward to hearing from you.
