Dover smART Project

This year we will celebrate our 5th birthday and now is the right time to have a strategic review to look at what we do, how we do it and how we want to develop as a charity. It is a challenging process, but it is absolutely necessary to ensure we continue our important work in the most effective way possible. As part of that, we are asking for your help as a trusted partner and friend of Dover smART Project. Please answer the following questions. Honesty is what we need, so do not hesitate to tell us how you see it and please provide as much detail in your answers as possible.
