EMCC Third Sector Coaching and Mentoring Forum - Baseline Questionnaire

This is a questionnaire for members of the EMCC's Third Sector Coaching and Mentoring Forum. The responses will provide a snapshot baseline for a piece of longitudinal research with the aim of establishing what impact (if any) membership of the Forum has on the amount, reach and quality of coaching and mentoring carried out in member organisations. An analysis of the responses to this baseline research will be made available to all those contributing and will, hopefully, provide a useful benchmark of current levels of activity within member organisations.
