About our research
We conduct interviews, usability testing and surveys to ensure our services are as good as they can be. Research plays a vital role in shaping our services and it's important we have input from those who use them. This is where we need your help. Our panel started in 2017 but we need more members.

Research panel & invitations
We send out invites for research to the panel. Panel members can choose whether to respond to each invite. Participation is entirely voluntary. We'll keep emails to a minimum and you are free to unsubscribe at any time. Due to workloads, there might be occasions when we need to cancel or postpone sessions.

Panel members
It's vital we conduct research with the appropriate person. Should multiple people be (or likely to be) responsible for the activities listed above, we encourage you to discuss the panel with your colleagues.

Membership will continue indefinitely, or until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the links at the bottom of the emails we send.

Please include managerial/strategic and day-to-day processing contacts for payments and certificates.

Consent form
You will be asked to sign a consent form before each session.

If you and your colleagues wish to join, please complete the following form (< 2 minutes).
