Peer Inspector Application form: Initial Teacher Education (ITE)

Please ensure you have the following information to hand before beginning your application:

• Titles and dates of key professional learning and development/qualifications you have attended/obtained within the last five or six years
• Details of your current and/or previous leadership and management responsibilities relating to ITE
• The names and addresses of your employers within the last five years, and dates of employment at each organisation.

If you are currently employed, the names and contact details of the individual supporting your application (your employer/chair of governors). If your application is successful, we will contact this individual to obtain their permission for you to attend this professional learning programme.

Important information about the application form:
 
Your answers must be under 1200 characters in length, or about 250 words. Punctuation and spaces are counted as a character. Fields marked with * are mandatory - you won’t be able to submit the form if you haven’t entered response for each mandatory field. If these fields do not apply to you, please enter ‘N/A’.
 
You can save your incomplete application at any time and go back to it later.
 
Once you have submitted your form, you will see a ‘thank you’ screen. If you do not see this screen, we have not received your application. If this happens, you should go back to the previous page to make sure you have completed everything correctly, before clicking the ‘Submit’ button again.
