Miller Research is currently working towards the creation of a Food Poverty Strategy for Merthyr Tydfil. Our core aim is that the strategy reflects a county-wide, collaborative approach and will help to improve access to affordable, nutritious food for local people
As part of this, we are currently engaging with residents based in Merthyr, to collect baseline information and obtain views on current issues as well as what the strategy for tackling food poverty might look like. Particularly, we are looking to explore your experiences toward the affordability and accessibility of food during the current cost of living crisis
(as well as experiences during the Covid-19 pandemic).
