Grant round 10 will support projects and interventions which will help deliver any of the priorities and themes in the Police and Crime Plan 24-28. You can find out more about these here.
We will also be supporting Clear, Hold, Build, which is a framework developed by the Home Office to help police forces tackle serious and organised crime. It reclaims and rebuilds neighbourhoods affected by organised crime, makes areas safer and increases public confidence in the police and partner agencies.
Applications under Clear, Hold, Build are restricted to projects delivering in Bradford (BD3 only), Calderdale (Park Ward only), Kirklees (Ashbrow only) and Leeds (Harehills only).

The Mayor recognises that the Build element of this initiative directly supports safer communities.
Note: The Mayor’s Safer Communities Fund can only support applications which have a strong policing, crime and community safety link.
