1. Overview
The Norfolk Stakeholder group for speech, language and communication needs includes representatives from the five Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), Norfolk County Council and other stakeholders. We are reviewing the role of a Norfolk single point of contact service for children with special educational needs and disabilities. This is an engagement exercise with families to learn more about your experiences when trying to access support for your child.
This short questionnaire will help to guide a series of information sessions with parents to further explore how we can improve our services. The deadline for completion of this questionnaire is 31 May 2019
