2020 Annual Summit

Our 2020 Annual Summit will take place from 22-24 November 2020 at the InterContinental Beijing Sanlitun. Read more. The Registration Fee is GB £690 1st person, GB £665 2nd person, GB £650 3rd and each additional person. The Registration Fee is non-refundable. However, you may change the name of a delegate up to 6 November 2020. Please complete 1 form per person.

1. DELEGATE DETAILS

Please enter 'Delegate Name' as you would like it printed on your name badge.

Delegates must be fully employed by a PCN Member either on a full or part-time basis and not employed by any other company. Breach of this condition will result in the immediate cancellation of attendance with no refund. Only fully paid registered delegates with conference lanyards are permitted to enter the meeting room.

 

2. SPOUSE DETAILS

Will your spouse be accompanying you on this trip? 
 
The Spouse Fee of GB £180 includes Golden Mask Dynasty Show & Dinner (Sunday) and Gala Dinner, Open Bar and Live Music (Monday). Please note that if your spouse intends to join you for lunch please arrange with the hotel directly in order to avoid any confusion or embarrassment.

You have the option of joining us on a Mutianyu Great Wall Tour on Sunday 22 November 2020 from 07:30-13:00 for £35 per person. Read more. Spaces are limited so early booking is essential.

7. FUNDRAISING

This year we are raising funds for MCF, a UK registered charity that operates as a non-profit social enterprise in Beijing, China. They work with disadvantaged schools in Beijing and the surrounding areas to provide healthcare and educational opportunities to the children who attend them. The organisation is staffed by a dedicated team of long-term volunteers who organise events, manage MCF’s education and health programs.
