Personal care

1. We welcome your views on our booklet, Personal care

Our booklet on Personal care, explores personal daily care needs, including intimate care such as going to the toilet. It looks at ways to adapt and find support when living with MND or Kennedy's disease, or providing support as an unpaid or family carer.

We'd really like to know what you think works well and what could improve. Please respond to all the following questions if you can.

Your comments may be used as anonymous quotes to support our work, or raise awareness through campaigning or fundraising bids. This can really help to improve understanding and make a difference for all those affected by the condition.

If you need support or wish to contact us at the MND Association, email MND Connect on: mndconnect@mndassociation.org or call 0808 802 6262
