About This Survey
PROPOSED REVISION OF PRIVATE HIRE VEHICLE LICENCE CONDITIONS
The City Council’s current standard conditions which attach to all Private Hire Vehicles has been in place since 1 January 2017 and it is therefore appropriate for them to be reviewed and revised as necessary.
The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
The closing date for responses is Friday 17th October 2025
What happens to my views?
The responses received will be summarised and be compiled into a report, this will then be fed back to the licensing committee for their decision. Your comments may be included within the report, but this will be done anonymously. Once a decision has been made by the committee all new conditions will be published online.
All information received from the consultation will be kept for a maximum of 12 months and then destroyed.
