Welcome to the UK Rail Engineering & Maintenance Pay and Benefits Survey. The aim is to provide participating organisations with a robust view of the market for key engineering and technical roles within the railway manufacturing and rolling stock maintenance sector.
The proposed timeline is:
August-September: Collect and validate pay and benefits data.
October: Analyse the results and prepare the final benchmarking report.
As a thank you for participating, each organisation will receive a complimentary copy of the summary findings. All information will be treated in strict confidence, with results presented only in aggregated and anonymised form so that no individual organisation can be identified.
The survey will take around 20 minutes to complete. You can fill it out in more than one sitting by clicking 'Save and Continue Later' at the bottom of any page and a link will be sent to you to allow you to edit your responses until the survey closes. If you wish, you can also print the survey and/or your responses to review offline by going to the end of the survey and selecting 'print response'.
