Shaping Norfolk’s Recycling Centres: Customer satisfaction survey 2026

1. Introduction

0%

Norfolk County Council’s network of 19 Recycling Centres handled just under 56,000 tonnes of household waste last year – and 3 quarters of that was either recycled or reused.

To help us continue to provide an efficient and cost-effective service in the coming years, we want your views on the Recycling Centres that you use.

Even if you don’t use the Recycling Centres, we want to hear from you so that we can understand why you don’t use them.

Your responses make a difference:

  • Last year you asked us to make improvements to the booking system for Blue Badge holders – changes now mean people can easily let us know if they are a blue badge holder and require assistance.
  • You have asked for more things to be recycled and we have introduced vapes recycling at all recycling centres.
  • We are also accepting coffee pod and UPVC windows and doors at the 7 main recycling centres.

Please take part in our survey, it should only take a few minutes to complete.

We will not collect any information that can identify you, such as your name, email address or IP address.
