Processing Personal Data as part of our Public Task

Your data will be processed by Flintshire County Council as part of our public task for the specific purposes of collecting feedback about the experiences of people accessing homelessness services in order to understand service demand, improve service delivery, and support service planning under the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.

The Temporary Accommodation Survey is anonymous, and individuals are not asked to provide their name or any identifying personal information.

Flintshire County Council will not share your data with any other organisation. Information collected through this survey may be used in anonymised form for internal reporting, service improvement, and service planning. Data may also contribute to anonymised reporting to Welsh Government where relevant.

Flintshire County Council will retain survey responses in line with the council’s retention schedule and only for as long as necessary for service improvement and reporting purposes.

If you feel that Flintshire County Council has mishandled your personal data at any time you can make a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office by visiting their website or by calling their helpline on 0303 123 1113.
