Resource for Doctors: Medical Practitioners Tribunals

The MPTS has recently created the Resource for Doctors: Medical Practitioners Tribunals (MPT) to support doctors referred to an MPT hearing. The resources aim to answer your questions about the MPT hearing process, from the initial stages through to after the hearing has ended. The results of this survey will be used by MPTS staff to help guide our future work and identify any gaps left by our current guidance. We’ve designed this survey so that you should not need to include any information in your responses which would allow specific hearings or individuals to be identified. While responses will be used to identify themes and trends, individual responses will be kept confidential.
