Values & Strategy Consultation - Rethinking Economics International
1. Rethinking Economics Strategy & Values Survey
Page 1 of 5
Rethinking Economics International is coming to the end of its 3 year strategy and embarking on a year-long strategic review. Our 3 year strategy has seen the network continue to grow, the introduction of the democratically elected Members Council, the launch of our book on the lack of diversity in economics and the incubation of the campaign, Economists for Future and the book Economy Studies. We have had many more great successes across the network, too numerous to measure here, but as we draw close to the end of this phase, it's time to review, evaluate and renew for us to take on challenges of the present and future.
As part of our strategic development we’d like to review our organisational values. These values will act to guide the goals and culture of Rethinking Economics. As a member led organisation it’s important that our values reflect the values of our community. So we’d like you to tell us about your values by completing this survey. The survey is based on a well established model of human values developed by the social psychologist Shalom H Schwartz. Additionally, we will ask for your critical feedback on Rethinking Economics as a whole: its strengths and weaknesses. Your responses will be anonymous.
Following this survey we will be inviting you to discuss the results on one of the following times on Tuesday 19th April at 9am/12pm/5pm BST/ UTC + 1 - find your local time here: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html?iso=20220419T080000&p1=136&p2=140&p3=tz_pkt&p4=176&p5=179&p6=232&p7=37
