Simply Safe Care Group Ltd is committed to the on‐going development of a safer service and improved social care for its Service Users, visitors and staff. It recognises that no health and social care environment will ever be absolutely safe and, on occasions, errors or incidents will occur. Equally it recognises that when incidents occur it is important to identify causes to ensure that lessons are learned to prevent recurrence. The company wishes to make it clear that incident reporting will not result in disciplinary proceedings, except in the most exceptional circumstances, for example where there has been a breach of law, gross negligence or professional misconduct.
