Welcome to IDR's 2026 Road Transport and Distribution survey.
This survey is being undertaken by Incomes Data Research (IDR), an independent pay research organisation, to study pay and conditions for warehouse staff, drivers and distribution managers.
Participants of this survey will receive a free summary of the analysis as a 'thank you' for taking part in our research.
You can complete the survey in more than one sitting by clicking 'Save and Continue Later' at the bottom of any page and a link will be sent to you to allow you to edit your responses until the survey closes. If you wish, you can also print the survey and/or your responses to review offline by going to the end of the survey and selecting 'print response'.
