Independent Review of Integrated Speech and Language Therapy service in Norfolk - Parents and carers

Since 2016 the County Council and NHS Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Groups (North, South, West and Norwich) have jointly commissioned an Integrated Speech and Language Therapy (SLT) service for children and young people in Norfolk. This service is delivered by East Coast Community Healthcare (ECCH).

We want to ensure we have the best possible service in Norfolk within the available funding. Therefore an Independent Review of SLT has been commissioned, and this survey forms a vital part of it.

This survey is aimed at parents and carers of children and young people who have speech, language and communication needs (SLCN).

The information that you give us will be used to understand and shape future service provision in Norfolk. Your responses are anonymous and cannot identify you individually, and you can skip a question if you choose not to answer.
