This survey gives you a chance to feedback your experience of supporting families and children and young people with SEND.

The survey analysis will be used to help us to identify what needs to be improved in the lives of children and young people with SEND. Services will also have the opportunity to reflect on what the survey results mean for their work and to share what actions will be taken.
When the results are published, we will include the actions needed to improve SEND services over the next 18 months.
