SEND Provision Questionnaire

As a newly formed SEND Advisory Team within the Education Inclusion Service we are required to review SEND provision across Norfolk. The Local Authority has a remit under the SEND Code of Practice (SENDCoP) 2015 to identify all the children and young people in Norfolk who have SEND. Educational providers have an important role to play in cooperating with us to carry out this function. (SENDCoP 1.14, 1.15 and 6.8)

Completing the following questionnaire will enable us to prioritise needs and shape the ongoing support and advice that our team of SEND Advisors can offer.
