We are revising our service standards for residents so you are clear what you can expect from us. We need the views and experiences of residents to help us prioritise the areas to focus on and shape our future services and investment.

Once we confirm our new standards we will inform you on a regular basis how well we are performing against them. For some standards this might not be possible until we improve our systems.
