The changes to Statutory Sick Pay that come into force this April – namely the removal of waiting days and the expansion of SSP to low earners – have moved sick pay up the reward agenda. We are undertaking a study investigating the extent and nature of sick pay provisions and would be very grateful if you would complete this survey relating to your sick pay provision and health-related benefits.
We will share the summary findings with participants which will enable you to benchmark your organisation's sick pay provision and health benefit offering against typical practice elsewhere in the economy.
