Department for Health and Social care is working to try to increase the numbers of people who work in care in England. To help with this the department is interested in finding out about your motivations for working in the caring profession, along with how you applied for the role, what you were doing before, what helped you to make your mind up and so on.

The survey will take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Please note your answers will remain anonymous. We will put your responses together along with others to get the view of the thousands working in care.
