Dear Parent/Carer,
 
At Archbishop Benson C of E Primary School we feel it is important to know what you think about the school regularly - not just when the inspectors are here! I would be grateful if you could complete and return the Questionnaire to me by Friday 20th July 2018. If you select "disagree" or "strongly disagree" for any question please expand in the box provided below. Unless I know what the problem is I am unable to do anything about it and of course we would always expect parents to come into school to discuss their concerns during the year so we can deal with any problems promptly.
