1. Introduction

1. RSM’s Economic Consulting team (RSM PACEC) in conjunction with the Centre for Secure Information Technologies (CSIT) at Queen's University Belfast, has been commissioned by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) to provide statistics about the size, scale and future opportunities for the UK Cyber Security sector. This will include estimates of the sector's revenue, employment and contribution to the UK economy.

The findings of the research will be used to inform government policy on cyber security and how government can support growth in the sector. It is important that as many organisations as possible associated with the UK cyber security sector respond, to ensure the data collected is robust.

The survey will take no more than 10 minutes of your time to complete; your contribution would be invaluable and very much appreciated. Please note that any data collected through the survey will be treated in strictest confidence, used solely for the purposes of this study, and not shared with any third parties.
