Healthwatch Gloucestershire would like to hear about your experiences and views of artificial intelligence (AI) in health and social care. You do not need any technical knowledge or experience using AI to take part, we still value your opinions in this survey.
As the public, policymakers and the tech industry are driving greater AI use in health and social care, we want to understand people’s experiences and perspective on whether AI is improving health education and awareness, access and communication.
We are interested in:
- Whether you have come across AI or automated technology in health or social care services;
whether you use AI tools yourself to find health or care information;
- How you think AI could affect access to services, communication, privacy, trust and relationships with professionals; and
- What local organisations should do to make sure AI is used safely, fairly and in ways that benefit people.
The survey should take around 5-10 minutes to complete. Your responses are anonymous and will help inform Healthwatch Gloucestershire's recommendations to local health and care organisations. At the end of the survey, we will include links to helpful resources and information.
