The purpose of this questionnaire is to obtain feedback regarding the quality, usefulness, confidentiality, advantages and disadvantages of using video appointments when planning and developing future service requirements.

7. A fyddai’n well gennych i’ch apwyntiadau yn y dyfodol fod wyneb yn wyneb neu drwy ddefnyddio galwad fideo? Oherwydd y sefyllfa gyda COVID-19 bydd yn rhaid i ni wisgo PPE ar gyfer apwyntiadau wyneb yn wyneb am gryn dipyn eto.
Would you prefer your future appointments to be face-to-face or using a video call? Due to the situation with COVID-19 we will have to wear PPE for face-to-face appointments for the foreseeable future.
