Purpose of Visitor Survey
RSM McClure Watters has been commissioned by Derry City Council and Visit Derry to consider options around the provision of a new Visitor Information Facility in Derry City Centre. As part of this process, we are keen to gather the thoughts and views of those most affected including visitors and users of the existing Tourist Information Centre in the city.
Who should complete this questionnaire?
This questionnaire should be completed by anyone who has recently visited or availed of services from the existing Tourist Information Centre on Foyle Street.
Important notes on completing the questionnaire
- The questionnaire will take
approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. For some the time required may be
slightly more, for others it may be slightly less.
- If you need to check/source information you can save your partly completed questionnaire and return to

allows you to come back and complete the survey at a later stage. You will
be provided with a hyper-link to enable you to do this.

questions, you can move between pages: use “Previous Page” and “Next
