About the AiG Awards

The Analysis in Government (AiG) Awards celebrate outstanding analysis across government.

  • DEADLINE EXTENDED: You now have until 23:55 on Friday 23 October to nominate
  • Please note: To be included in the prize draw to win a signed book by Sir David Spiegelhalter, your nomination must be received by the original deadline of 23:55 Friday 16 October 2026.

Thank you for deciding to submit a nomination for the 7th AiG Awards.  We welcome nominations from civil servants and colleagues working in arm's length bodies (ALBs) and non-departmental public bodies (NDPBs).  Work undertaken jointly with partners outside government (for example academia, local government, and the NHS) may be eligible for the Collaboration Award.  Please read our full category criteria on the AiG Awards Hub for more details.
