We are holding drop-in events across the UK. These are informal sessions where you can meet IBCA team members face-to-face.
We've organised these in response to community feedback that said you would value face-to-face meetings alongside our online services.
You can ask questions about the claims process, talk about evidence you may need, or simply meet our team. Although we won't be able to go through individual claims, we can give examples of how claims are progressing so far, and discuss any worries you may have.

During your time slot, you’ll get the opportunity to speak with IBCA experts, senior leaders and other community members if you wish. There will also be lunch and refreshments available.
Once you have completed this survey, we will have received your details. We will confirm your assigned time slot approximately two weeks before the date of the event.
We will reimburse reasonable travel expenses after the event, so if Brighton isn't your nearest event please see the list of upcoming locations we’re visiting below. We'll share information about how to reimburse travel expenses in your registration confirmation email.

We plan our event locations based on community surveys. Registration for each event opens around four weeks beforehand. We'll keep you updated as we confirm dates.
