Budget: The budget for your activity should be reasonably priced reflecting local market rates for accommodation and hospitality.

Preferred dates: Please check with your host organisation/venue before applying and supply two dates. You should also take into account the amount of time it will take for a decision to be made on this application: approximately four months from the submission deadline and then allow at least an additional six months for the planning and organisation of your event.
