• Neck lumps - refer to KCH Oral Maxillofacial Surgery  or GSTT Head and Neck departments
• Salivary stones - refer to KCH Oral Maxillofacial Surgery or South East London Oral Surgery 
• Temporomandibular joint pain/pathology - Patients should be managed in primary care according to the RCS guidelines: https://www.rcseng.ac.uk/-/media/FDS/Comprehensive-guideline-Management-of-painful-Temporomandibular-disorder-in-adults-March-2024.pdf  If referral is needed please refer to South East London Oral Surgery
• Skin lesions - patient should see their GP. The GP can refer to dermatology if required
• Throat and tonsillar conditions - patient should see their GP. The GP can refer to ENT if required
• Suspected allergy to dental materials - patient should see their GP for referral to dermatology for patch testing
• LA allergy testing - patient should see their GP for referral to their local allergy clinic
